How long will my candy stay fresh?
Our nougat and caramels are hand-wrapped in wax paper and then sealed in bags for freshness. While in the bag, your candy should stay fresh for a couple of months. Once opened, we suggest you consume your candies within three weeks.

Is there an ideal temperature for eating and storing my candy?
It's best to keep your candy stored at room temperature. If, during the winter or periods of cold temperatures, your candy arrives cool or cold, it should be allowed to sit and warm to room temperature. While the cold won't harm your candy, it may be harder - and less enjoyable - than it should be.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship 2-3 day priority U.S. mail. Service to most major cities and their surroundings are almost always delivered within 2-3 days. However, the states of Alaska and Hawaii, plus remote rural areas may take a day or two longer. 

How soon after I place my order will it be shipped to me?
In most cases, orders placed before noon Central Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following day.
