Everything4Mom.com sells only high quality gifts that Moms love to receive. On the rare chance that you do need to return or exchange an item, please email us at customercare@everything4mom.com for the return shipping information. We’ll give you a full refund for up to 1 year from the purchase date, no questions asked.
shipping methods and costs:
Everything4Mom offers products for delivery in the U.S. only. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
Everything4Mom ships products via UPS, USPS, & FedEx.
returns and exchanges:
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Service department by emailing us at customercare@Everything4Mom.com to begin the return or exchange process. Please include your name and order number.
- We will email you all the return shipping information. When you receive that email, repack the gift and return to the return shipping address included in the email.
- For your security, please purchase insurance when you return your gift and keep your receipt. Everything4Mom is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Everything4Mom will credit the shipping costs back to you.
Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.
